Girls' Annual Dirty Santa Christmas Party!

Every year I host our Girls' Dirty Santa Christmas Party!  This year was so much fun...lots of great food, friends and gifts!  We play the Dirty Santa game where you can steal gifts, but our gifts are slightly scandalous :)
 Let the games begin...
This is Lori's THIRD gift!  The first 2 were Santa outfits that were stolen, and this one was a funny poem from Christina (she always makes the game super funny!).
The girls!

Saylor's Baby Shower

My amazing friend Sarah Baer and my amazing cousin Bethany threw Saylor a BEAUTIFUL baby girl shower!  It was so fun to have a girl themed shower with pink everywhere :)

We did the coolest craft....they had baby blocks already painted (the colors of Saylor's room :), with all the letters, but each person could paint what the letter represented.  It was so much fun!

I feel like Martha Stewart posing by my table :)
They went over the top with food!  It was so yummy!
 I loved the table....so pretty!
My friend Lauren Jones did the cake!  So cute!

I LOVED these blocks!  I have the blocks SAYLOR in her room.

I love this game...most everyone got the ribbon pretty close!!  There were only a few that had it WAY too big haha!
My mom seeing how close she was....she almost had it!
 Aunt Joan :)
Sarah, Bethany, Michelle, Hollie (she won the game!) & Julie
The amount of gifts was insane
 I'm about 31 weeks here

 Aunt Joan, Melissa & Emily
The shower was at Sarah's house and her tree is gorgeous!
Bethany reading a sweet poem about the baby girl bonnet that was given to Saylor from Aunt Deb.  It made everyone tear up :)
 Lots of pink fluffy things!
My mom, my mother-in-law (we call them "The Cathys"), Erin & Lisa, who is 2 weeks ahead of me with her second baby boy :)
Everyone at the shower (minus Lauren who was taking the pic!).  So many of my awesome church friends came and the whole shower meant so much!
Hollie, Michelle and me painting the blocks!  They were awesome at painting!

My hosts!  They are amazing :)
I loved the shower invitation!  I'm painting a tree on the wall with butterflys, birds and flowers and I'm going to have Saylor's initials hanging from a branch (Saylor Catherine Dupree - SCD), so the invite matched perfectly :)

I feel so blessed to have really close friends and family who are such a large part of my life, and my kids lives.  God is good!

Pink Pig!

This year we took the boys on The Macy's Pink Pig on top of the Lenox Square Mall.  For all you non-Georgians out there, this is HUGE :)  For more than 50 years Atlantans have started their Christmas holiday season off by riding The Pink Pig.  (In reality, it's a 5 min train ride on a pink pig...but kids LOVE it!).
Aidan and Priscilla the Pink Pig!  Roman was WAY too freaked out to even get within 10 feet of her.
About to start our Pink Pig train ride!  Aidan and Roman LOVED every second (I was a little worried about how Roman would like it since he totally freaked when he saw Priscilla the Pig...but he loved the train ride!). Jimmy & Benjamin are behind us, and the rest of the Wolfe family was in the next car.

Melissa, Sam, Joan & little Em :)
 Going around again!
This was our first year taking the boys on the Pink Pig, but it was so much fun for the boys that we'll do it every year.  It's a fun family tradition :)

Thanksgiving 2011

THANKSGIVING AT GRANDMAMA'S & GRANDDADDY'S
We celebrated Thanksgiving this year at Grandmama's and Granddaddy's house, which was so much fun for the boys due to the massive amounts of leaves in the yard!  Josh made a huge leaf pile and they ran and jumped in it for hours :)

 Daddy joining in :)

So cute.  Who knew that leaf piles would keep these two entertained for hours on end?

Our sweet family....love how both boys look so happy :)
This picture just makes me laugh...Roman is always so cooperative!
Roman was tired after running for 2 hours straight...so what's better than going off by yourself to watch Thomas the Train? :)
Grandmama's kitchen.  This is what every Sunday looks like for us!
Mike's birthday is on the 25th, so we celebrated on Thanksgiving.
 He had some help :)

Emily made these super cute turkey cake pops!

Both boys in the pack n' play watching their show before bed (FYI bed never happened...so around 9 we left!)

HAYES THANKSGIVING
Friday my parent's had a little family gathering for everyone since we all didn't do Thanksgiving together, which was a lot of fun!  It was great to see Aunt Jill & Uncle Jim, along with Bethany's parents, Jerry & Diane.

 Cathy, Jill, mom & Diane
Funny stories around the table :)
 Aunt Seesha and Aidan!
 My boys

 Romie loves the tickle monster...

 My Uncle Jim with Aidan
My dad with his train board!  It's pretty impressive :)

Steve & Sarah came for dessert :)
I love these girls!! Sarah, me, Bethany & Shell
"Surprise!" Roman was surprising everyone from out of the drapes

Typical...ask for a picture and this is what I get...
 now they are normal :)
So, we now know where Roman gets his "uncooperativeness."  It's all from Daddy.  This is a prime example...picture #1 is creepy face Josh.
Picture #2 is Josh doing something right before the picture was taken to make me laugh
Picture #20 (I didn't want to post ALL of them on here!) is finally normal!
 Dart game
They're so cute :) Uncle Jim & Aunt Jill!  Hopefully one day they'll be GEORGIANS....fingers crossed :)

 someone is delusional
Haha, I love that Dad is the only one looking at the camera!  Always camera ready :)
 Bethany & her daddy
After the boys went to sleep we all played Mafia...such a fun game!
This was taken the next day....Roman and Aidan in the bubble bath!
 Where did Aidan go?
Cute babies.  Although since this picture was taken, the boys were in the bath one night and Aidan pushed the jets button when there wasn't that much water in the tub and a stream came out and NAILED Roman in the head.  Needless to say, since then Roman is not as fond of bubble baths!

Thanksgiving was so much fun and we're so blessed that we have both of our families so close by.  It was great to celebrate with each family.  The boys are at such a fun age now too where they love playing with each other, playing outside (Roman says, "play side?" all the time!), and jumping around.  It's also fun to think this time next year Saylor Catherine will be here!
